Privacy policy
This policy explains how Omnisce, Inc., a Delaware corporation, handles information on this website and in the Omnisce product.
This website.
The site uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking. Our hosting provider processes standard request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
If you write to us, we use what you send to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
The Omnisce product.
Omnisce runs for each client company in a dedicated environment of its own, in the cloud region agreed with that company. The client company decides what Omnisce reads and who can use it. We process that information on the company’s behalf, under our agreement with it and a data processing agreement where one applies. If you use Omnisce at work, your company’s agreement with us governs how your information is handled, and requests about it should go to your company.
When you ask Omnisce something through a chat or email service your company uses, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or email, your question and its answer travel through that service and reach your company’s environment. We don’t keep them anywhere else. To show you only what you’re cleared to see, Omnisce matches your account in that service, such as your name and work email, to your access in Omnisce.
We never train models on a client’s data. If a client chooses an outside model, it’s used under terms that prohibit training on that data. To improve the product, we collect operational signals, such as response times, errors, and when an answer was corrected. They contain none of the company’s content, and the company can see the full list and switch them off.
No one at Omnisce has standing access to a client’s environment. Emergency access exists only to restore service, and it requires the company’s approval. More detail is on our security page.
Our only subprocessors are the cloud provider a client’s environment runs on and any outside model provider the client chooses.
Other matters.
We’re based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there. The site isn’t directed to children. If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with its effective date.
